T's Cafe and Espresso started with a simple idea: coffee should feel good — in the cup, in the space, and in the way people are treated. We opened our doors on South 3rd Street to give Shelton a place where the coffee is taken seriously and the welcome is easy.
We roast to order, bake each morning, and keep our menu small enough to get right. You'll find single-origin pour-overs alongside reliable house blends, fresh croissants beside seasonal specials, and a counter staff that knows your name after the second visit.

More Than a Coffee Shop
T's has always been a gathering place. We host open mic nights, feature local artists on our walls, and set aside tables for people who need a quiet corner to work or read.
We source from regional suppliers when we can, partner with nearby farms for our dairy, and try to keep our footprint small and our relationships close. Shelton has given us a lot — we want to give back the same way.
